So, I quit my job! I am so done and over everything about my job! Done, done, done...now I just have to stick it out for the next two weeks... Luckily I will be done at the salon before Brock and I head up to the North Shore for our 2 Year Anniversary. We rented this cute little bungalow for the weekend. The day we get back from that I get to make the trip back to AZ for 2 weeks and when I return I will start my new job at Nordstrom! Yeah...dreamjob. I will be working in the B.P. department in the brand new store they are building here at Ala Moana Shopping Center. I hear that it is amazing and I cannot wait to see it. The store opens on March 7th and there is going to be all kinds of fuss going on about it. We have these grand opening galas and pre-opening parties. I am so excited!!
In volleyball news, Brock's team played Long Beach about 2 weeks ago.
Here is a link to the local newspaper that talks about the game.Unfortunately, they lost, but they did beat UC San Diego this weekend. Brock got a chance to meet with the UCSD coach while they were here to talk about the possibility of Brock transferring there next year. Hopefully, if things go as planned, we will be packin it up and heading to San Diego in the fall or at least spring! :)
And also, another point for Brock, he is ranked 10th in the nation for kills per game :) He rocks! Here is that link.

Hooray for a brand new Nordstroms! You will love working in the BP. Think of the discounts! I'm glad you guys are doing something fun for your anniversary. I liked the north shore a lot better than Waikiki. And I like to look at that picture of Brock because it looks like he just sat on something really sharp!

Yay for quitting dumb jobs! I can't believe you have to stay for the 2 weeks! :( Oh well. That's cool that you get to go somewhere for your anniversary.... i'm spending mine being fatter than ever and not even wanting to get off the couch! Just kidding... it's not that bad. You lucky girl! Nordstroms will be so much fun. Although I would probably spend all of my paycheck on their clothes. I'm so jealous because you'll get a discount on all of their jeans!! Have fun on your anniversary!
you'll love working at nordstrom- they really take care of their employees, and i always felt proud to say i worked there. it was very fun, and you sort of feel like the local 'fashion elite' hahaha! i know, i'm a dork. be smart and get a MOD card not a nordstrom credit card though!!! it's dangerous i tell you! do get a card though, because you get points and you'll definitely buy things there... you might as well at least get the nordstrom notes out of it! what am i saying, you probably already know how all this works. just wait until NPG!!!! YAY! 40% off all nordstrom brand stuff, so that's like HALF of all bp brands :D anyway, i'm rambling. call me and i'll give you some sweet sales tips ;D that's so awesome about brock! i hope you guys get transferred to SD, because ben and i are thinking about moving to los angeles, and we'd be close to each other!
Way to go Brock! I hope you guys get to move closer that would be great. I am so excited for you and your new job. I think that totally sounds like you and you are going to love it. You have to at least go to lunch with me when you are in town.

7th is the day we are coming to hawaii. However, we will only be on Oahu for a day or 2 and then were going to the big island. I'm so excited. I have never been to the big island brfore. Well, looks like you are doing great!
